Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar Apple cider vinegar recommended.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Carrots Grated for sweetness and crunch.
  • ¼ cup Green Onions Chopped for mild onion flavor.

Seasoning

Preparation

  • Gather all the necessary ingredients.
  • Wash and dry the cabbage, then slice it thinly.
  • Shred your cheese if not already done.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and vinegar, whisk until smooth.
