- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for a gluten-free version
- 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional for heat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Prepare the Sausage Mixture:
